Roof replacement in Tacoma and Pierce County
When moss, age or one too many atmospheric rivers have worn a roof out, we take it down to the deck and build it back as a system: deck repairs, ice and water shield, underlayment, shingles, flashing and ventilation.

Signs you need this
- Shingles curling, cupping or missing after wind
- Granules collecting in the gutters
- Daylight or damp sheathing in the attic
- Repeated leaks in different places
- Moss that has lifted the shingle edges
What sets the price
Every estimate is written out line by line. These are the things that move it:
- Roof size and pitch
- How many layers come off
- Deck boards that need replacing
- Chimneys, skylights and walls that need new flashing
- Shingle line and ventilation upgrades

Questions
How long does a replacement take?
Most homes are one to three working days once materials are on site. We tell you the expected days in the written estimate and call you if weather moves the date.
Can you roof over my existing shingles?
We recommend a full tear-off so we can see and repair the deck. A second layer hides rot and can shorten the life of the new roof.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the work itself. We ask to be able to reach you by phone and to get into the attic at the start and end.
